Project Manager (Special Purpose Machinery) – Based: Bedford

Jenrick is looking for a Project Manager for a well established Bedfordshire-based manufacturer of special purpose machines sold to household blue chip names across the globe. This is an exciting time to join them as they are expanding product ranges, integrating technological advancements, and developing bespoke solutions to meet specific customer needs. The site is recently refurbished in Bedford, with good salary and benefits, free on-site parking, and an early finish on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of products from specification, design, build, test, certification and installation.
• Coordinate customisation and modifications to existing products and systems to meet specific customer applications.
• Manage relationships between internal and external stakeholders; ensure effective customer-facing communication.
• Maintain a strong commercial sense, attention to detail, problem-solve, and ensure stage gates are met on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Previous technical project management experience in machinery manufacturing.
