Project Manager - £70,000 - £80,000

Role Overview

I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join my clients business delivering drainage and civil engineering works in Aylesbury.

Responsibilities

Your role will be to lead the operational teams and this will include managing budgets and programmes. Ensuring all aspects of the project from drainage installation to temporary works are delivered efficiently and effectively. You will ensure safety, quality and client relationships are maintained to the highest level.

You will managing all construction activity, lead operational teams and subcontractors.

You will be responsible for monitoring budgets, costs, plant, materials, and labour.

You will approve RAMS, Temporary Works, and any lifting operations. Review weekly site reports, progress, and programmes reports too.

Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role you will have an extensive background in civil engineering, drainage and / or utilities, with a substantial experience managing people, budgets, and complex construction projects.

You will have a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.

Full NRSWA qualifications, Temporary Works training, and experience with NEC contracts would be beneficial too.

Requirements
