A fast-growing boutique consultancy specialising in capital markets is seeking a skilled PMO to join their expert team in London. Known for delivering high-quality, specialist services across collateral, post-trade, securities finance, digital assets (including crypto and tokenisation), risk, treasury and sustainability, this agile firm offers a hands-on role where you will work closely with top-tier financial institutions on complex, high-impact projects.

Responsibilities
  • Drive PMO activities across several client projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Develop and maintain robust project governance frameworks
  • Prioritise initiatives based on strategic goals and available resources
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders
  • Maintain and manage RAID logs to identify risks and resolve issues early
  • Ensure clear communication flows between project teams and stakeholders
  • Address project escalations and remove obstacles promptly
  • Review and improve project deliverables such as presentations, BRDs, and Target Operating Models
Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience working in Capital Markets within a major consultancy
  • Successful completion of a Capital Markets graduate scheme at a leading consultancy
  • Proven expertise in PMO functions including tracking, reporting, and RAID management
  • Experience managing comprehensive project plans from start to finish
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
