Project Management Lead – 537
We are seeking a highly qualified Project Management Lead to drive programmatic tasks and plan and organize trainings and workshops in Singapore. This role will oversee project execution and serve as a liaison between Quantinuum and the customer. It will shape the future vision of the company’s quantum offerings, working with leadership and technical teams to meet programmatic performance and ensure technical initiatives are aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules and work plans for technical operations
  • Cross‑functional focal for Project Management Organization (PMO) to organize and coordinate with multiple global technical and operational teams
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, product and program management, and senior leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Lead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end‑of‑task retrospectives while evolving structure to meet organizational needs
  • Perform programmatic goal setting as well as track milestones and KPIs
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies
  • Work closely with leadership to align technical R&D initiatives with business strategies and goals
  • Own risk and opportunity analysis and management processes related to program planning. Follow proper escalation channels when major risks arise to ensure timely actions are taken
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
You Must Have
  • Minimum 12+ years’ experience in technical program management
  • Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People’s Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Experience in product development
  • Experience seeing technology‑based projects through the full life cycle including managing schedule, risk, and budget
  • Prior experience on first‑of‑its‑kind, early technology‑based products or projects
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to predict challenges to proactively head‑off obstacles
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
  • Experience working in a high‑level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
  • Ability to adapt tactics and strategies to meet diverse, early phase, and strong technical projects
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience working with C‑suite executives and clients
  • Proven ability to lead the strategic direction of technical initiatives and drive innovation within the organization
