Overview

Project Leader/Enablement

Certain Advantage is hiring for a Project Leader/Enablement based in the Broughton area. This role is on a contract basis and is site-based.

The Company

We're working with a Manufacturing business that operates in the Aerospace sector. They design, manufacture and deliver industry-leading commercial aircraft, and a separate Space and Defence division.

The Role

This role is for a Project Leader/Enablement—someone ambitious and ready to make an impact. You'll be results-oriented and driven to succeed. You'll be working in a small, experienced, and collaborative team, and be responsible for:

  • Implementing “new ways of working” and best practices.
  • Enablement governance framework to ensure future strategy and tool replenishment are planned and actioned with the Plant Capex team.
  • Support to production areas with the Rate ++ facility.
  • Daily tool control and process.
  • LOLER management.
  • FOD improvement and project management.

  • Facilitation skills for leading, motivating & enabling the team performance
  • Ability to negotiate, influence and manage conflicts
