A leading aerospace and defense company is seeking a Project Leader in Derby to drive key change projects. You will lead project management initiatives, ensuring successful delivery on time and budget. Candidates should have significant experience in project management and familiarity with tools like Primavera P6. The role offers hybrid working, allowing flexibility between on-site and remote work.
Project Leader – Full time. Derby / Hybrid 3 days on-site.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Leader who’s ready to make a real impact—someone who keeps things simple, does the right thing, and puts safety at the heart of every decision.
You’ll lead key change projects like Parts Transfer, PI & MODS, Cost, and Parts Reactivations, taking full ownership from planning through to delivery. Working across teams, you’ll help drive meaningful change that makes a difference to how we work and what we deliver.

Your needs are as unique as you are. Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home, or another remote location.
