Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Finance Associate to join the London office. The successful candidate will play a key role in the origination, structuring, and execution of project finance transactions, primarily in the infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of project finance transactions from origination to financial close.
  • Conduct financial modelling, risk analysis, and due diligence for project finance and other specialised finance.
  • Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, credit applications, and internal presentations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and clients to facilitate deal execution.
  • Monitor market trends and regulatory developments relevant to infrastructure and energy finance.
  • Contribute to portfolio management and post-transaction monitoring activities.
Candidate Requirements
  • 2–7 years of experience in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, Structured Finance, other specialised finance or M&A in a front-office role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
