• Plan, schedule, monitor, and update project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Assist in site planning, coordination, and inspection to meet project requirements, timelines, and budget.
• Manage site resources, control overall project costs, and minimize wastage.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and project status reports.
• Support tender administration processes.
• Assist in daily site operations and management activities.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) standards at all times.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the construction industry, preferably in commercial electrical projects.
• Independent, diligent, highly motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of communicating and liaising with Mandarin-speaking main contractors.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
