Qualifications

  • Proven track record operating at senior level in a construction consultancy.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Experience working across residential, education, and/or commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of projects ranging from 5m to 50m+.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from feasibility to handover.
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth and support the leadership team.
