Job Description

Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Ealing Broadway, London
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a well-established FM service provider based in Ealing Broadway. This office-based role will support the successful delivery of projects across London, ensuring the smooth coordination of documentation, compliance, and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
administrative and coordination support for projects across London
Prepare and manage RAMS, review sheets, and O&M manuals
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
Track project documentation, schedules, and ensure compliance with H&S standards
Maintain project records and support close-out documentation
Support procurement and sub-contractor coordination as required
Requirements:

Previous
experience in a project coordination role within FM, construction, or M&E sectors
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Good understanding of RAMS, O&M manuals, and compliance documentation
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
