Job Type : Full Time Permanent

Hours : Monday to Friday

Salary : 30,000 - 35,000

Location : Ashford, Middlesex

Principle Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinating subcontract engineers for installation projects, assisting in the management of incomplete installations
  • Planning the timely delivery of equipment to the site.
  • Collaborate with project managers to oversee costs, order materials for projects, and manage any late costs associated with these projects.
  • Administrative tasks involve handling SAP processes, raising purchase orders for subcontract engineers, and providing customers with updates on project progress.
  • Sending completion packs, commissioning certifications, and warranty information to clients
  • Managing the invoicing process for completed projects.
Desirable
  • Previous experience within office administration, operations or projects type role
  • Experience in working with SAP or similar
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Attention to detail
  • Exposure to Project Management qualifications such as Agile or PRINCE2
  • Organised
  • Genuine interest in Project Management
  • Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range
  • Outgoing and customer driven nature
