We are currently hiring for a Project Coordinator to join their Global Operations Team in Reading area. This role is essential to ensuring timely and compliant execution of clinical supply projects, working closely with internal departments and external partners.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of customer orders from receipt to close-out.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, CROs, CMOs, and healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure smooth and compliant service delivery by working with internal teams and external partners.
  • Monitor timelines and resolve order-related discrepancies.
  • Respond to enquiries for access to life-saving medicines, ensuring timely and professional handling.
Who You Are
  • Prior exposure to clinical packaging and labelling is mandatory
  • Experience working with temperature-sensitive products and knowledge of GDP standards is desirable.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
