Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to support our Structured Cabling Project Managers. If you’re organised, detail-focused, and eager to build a career in project delivery, this is your chance to join a supportive, forward-thinking team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project documentation, drawings, and submissions
  • Coordinate samples, procurement, and logistics
  • Assist with health & safety (RAMS, O&M manuals, reports)
  • Track project progress and prepare weekly updates
  • Communicate with stakeholders and support the project team
Qualifications
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail & ability to work to deadlines
  • Confident with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Previous coordination/admin experience is a bonus – but not essential!
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a project-driven environment
