Rockstar Games is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing Publishing department. This is an amazing opportunity to manage high‑impact projects on a multi‑discipline team that uses innovative technology and complex big data analytics to deliver actionable metrics used to better understand our players and enhance their experience with our games.

This is a full‑time, permanent and in‑office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of London.

WHAT WE DO
  • The Rockstar Games Project Management group supports various stakeholder groups across the company to develop and communicate research; align project resources and timelines; facilitate cross‑functional development and cultivate macro and micro understandings of our teams.
  • The Project Management group supports all Rockstar Games titles, including Grand Theft Auto V and Red Dead Redemption, to deliver world‑class live service experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work closely with our Game Analytics, Live Service Analytics, Analytics Engineering and Data Operations & Integrity data teams to package and ship off targeted project deliverables.
  • Provide operational status updates on projects and track progress with complete understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain project schedules and milestone documentation, monitoring the progress of milestones and specific tasks against those schedules through provided tools.
  • Keep stakeholder communication strong with project updates and task prioritization.
  • Organize team tasks across various project tools and development resources, including briefs, files, and documentation to increase project efficiency.
  • Help navigate adjustments to existing schedules and commitments due to quick response requests that need immediate attention.
  • Act as a scrum master for teams, coaching them on agile and lean frameworks to produce quality product deliveries and continuous improvement.
  • Managing communications between cross‑functional teams including Online Services, Data Engineering and Publishing.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical or project management related major.
  • 2+ years of experience defining and managing multi‑team, multi‑location projects related to video game data, technical development, or games.
  • Proficiency in multiple software tools to manage projects and facilitate related communication, including and not limited to Excel, Task Tracking Programs (i.e. Jira, Monday.com, etc.), Word, Figma, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong team player, who is highly organized, comfortable with collaboration and a flexible thinker.
  • Motivated self‑starter with ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Exceptional, clear, and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of sprint methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience with Scrum or other sprint‑based project management methodologies.
