Carry out detailed analyses of challenged projects and report issues and findings from commercial and finance compliance perspectives.
  • Ensure Quality: Using contract administration platforms such as CEMAR and Asite to oversee and act on client communications and instructions. Ensure changes are managed rigorously with a focus on commercial implications and risk/opportunity management.
  • Oversee: Participating in project reviews, commercial discussions with clients and suppliers, and ensuring execution of action items. Oversee preparation of subcontract documents to ensure a back-to-back position.
  • Mentor: Coaching technical staff to heighten their commercial awareness and expertise.
