AECOM's commercial function links the operational requirements of the business with key corporate functions such as finance, legal and risk. In your role as Project Commercial Manager, you will enhance project commercial outcomes, drive commercial best practice and learning, and support project managers (PMs) in commercial matters. This includes mitigating risks, managing change, minimising margin loss, and fostering commercial best practices to boost project performance and client satisfaction.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager of Water and working under the direction of the Business Unit Operations Director and commercial team, your responsibilities will span across multiple projects and Frameworks.

We develop projects from concept through operation, providing engineering and construction services for multiyear, multimillion-dollar projects for major rail and transit agencies. Our specialists offer analytical and strategic expertise for every stage of a project.
Our Water team comprises around 700 professionals, including Scientists, Engineers and Project Managers, serving clients in the UK, Europe and worldwide. The Water team acts as a global centre of excellence for leading consultancy across the water sector.
There are multiple future career development opportunities, from Project Management through to Operations or Commercial functions, or taking commercial responsibility for a Practice or Business Unit.
