Project Co-ordinator - Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions (GCRS), London, National. NEW.

As part of the Global Compliance and Reporting Solutions (GCRS) team, you will help multi-jurisdictional businesses manage their compliance requirements and risk, acting as an extension of the client’s central team covering tax, accounting, and payroll matters, coordinating with our international network to ensure global compliance obligations are met.

GCRS works across sectors internationally, often with large and fast-growing clients, and we are typically the first point of contact for a wide range of matters, providing quick, high-quality advice and support.

Responsibilities
  • Be part of an exciting, dynamic team, managing a portfolio of clients with direct responsibility for day-to-day project management of global compliance.
  • Take responsibility for compliance deadlines across jurisdictions, managing the central dashboard for client portfolios.
  • Coordinate client communications, prepare documents to agreed SLAs and assist with administrative tasks.
  • Budget management and reporting of international invoicing, including dispute resolution.
  • Build relationships with clients and international firms; participate in client meetings, present status of compliance, create meeting notes and action items, and proactively follow up on resolutions.
  • Support proposal development, including global fee collation and preparation of materials for new opportunities.
Minimum qualifications

Joining us as a Project Coordinator in GCRS, the minimum criteria you’ll need is experience of working in a finance or compliance environment, intermediate Excel skills and a demonstrable ability to deliver quality work to deadlines.

It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box; we’ll help you develop along the way.

  • Be a confident and clear communicator
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent visualisation and typography skills
  • Proactive, driven with an eye for detail and highly organised
  • Ability to work independently once fully trained and take ownership of workload
