Job summary

A local project management firm in Wrexham is seeking a Project Assistant to provide administrative support to the Project Managers. Key responsibilities include assisting with incident investigations, preparing job packs, and liaising with project managers for quoting. Candidates should ideally have experience in the Utilities/ Power or Construction Industry, good administrative skills, and a basic understanding of the NEBOSH qualification. Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Project Assistant, ideally within the Utilities/Power or Construction Industry.
  • Experience of Streetworks noticing and hiring of plant preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Project Managers with all administrative duties.
  • Support operational management in closing out incident investigations.
  • Liaise with Project Manager(s) for quoting and oversee the PO process.

Skills

Highly organised
Good level of administrative experience
Understanding of Alfresco
NEBOSH qualification (preferable)

Education

Secondary education minimum GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English
