Contract Type: 9 Month FTC

Salary £35,000 to £37,000

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1700
Location: Watford, WD17 1TX

DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Project Support Manager to play a vital role leading and facilitating the transformation of operational processes within the Control Tower environment.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

  • Identify, design, and implement process improvements and innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality across operations alongside customer driven process change and movement within their business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess current practices, drive change initiatives, and ensure sustainable improvements are integrated into the daily operations.
  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Monitoring and measuring the impact of changes, providing regular reports and feedback to senior management.
  • Travelling to the TJX Rugby site, one day per week, expenses paid, less than 50% travel, Car is Essential.
