Job description

My well established Distribution client based in Wolverhampton are looking for a Project Administrator to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. This will be working 20 hours per week over 4 days with the possibly of this increasing to full time in the near future. This will be an immediate start for the successful candidate.

Duties
  • Assisting Project Director in all aspects of administration
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and organising project activities and timelines.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and logs.
  • Update project management systems and databases regularly
  • Serve as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries.
  • Manage project files, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure all project processes comply with company policies, contractual requirements, and quality standards.
  • Support risk and issue tracking and help elevate concerns when needed.
