Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are informed.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and meeting minutes.
  • Liaise with project stakeholders for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals.
  • Support the project manager with administrative assistance.
  • Organise and schedule project meetings, recording minutes.
  • Prepare project status reports highlighting progress and risks.
  • Maintain an organised project filing system.
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team.
  • Partake in internal auditing of the quality management system.
  • Review CVs for qualifications and competencies.
  • Populate global inspection matrix with inspectors’ details.
  • Create and maintain CV filing systems for inspectors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and team members are informed of their responsibilities
  • Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, budgets, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Liaise with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays
  • Assist in the development of project proposals, including researching, writing, and editing content
  • Support the project manager in the execution of their duties, providing administrative assistance as needed
  • Organise and schedule project meetings, distributing agendas, and recording minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of project status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities
  • Maintain a well-organised project filing system, ensuring easy access to all relevant documentation
  • Provide general administrative support to the project team, including data entry, filing, and managing project correspondence
  • Partake in internal auditing of the quality management system and assist the quality manager
  • Review CVs for qualifications and competencies
  • Populate global inspection matrix with inspectors’ personal details, qualifications and competencies
  • Create and maintain CV filing systems for each inspector per country
  • 28 days annual leave (+1 day per year for every year of service)
