Job Opportunity: Progression Coach (Full-Time, Temporary)

Location: Sutton

Pay: £15 per hour (including holiday pay)

Hours: 37.5 per week | Shifts on a rota (Monday-Sunday)

Shifts: Early: 8-4 | Mid: 9-5 | Late: 12-8 | 2 weekends in 4

Contract: Temporary (approx. 2-3 months)

Are you passionate about empowering young people to achieve independence? We're looking for a Progression Coach to deliver person-centred support to young people experiencing homelessness. You'll manage a small caseload, complete assessments and support plans, and help clients access education, employment, and housing opportunities.

This is a rewarding and hands‑on role where no two days are the same. You'll need experience supporting young people in housing or support settings, strong safeguarding knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Please note: this role involves lone working.

What you'll do:
  • Support young people to develop life skills and move towards independent living
  • Complete risk and needs assessments, support plans, and reviews
  • Liaise with external agencies and advocate for clients
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment
