The UK Research Integrity Office (UKRIO) is the UK’s leading independent charity dedicated to promoting and advancing research integrity.

UKRIO is entering an exciting period of change as we strengthen our support for the research community and expand our profile as a trusted voice in research integrity. We are seeking a Programmes Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our expanding programme of work. This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on research integrity across the UK.

Reporting to the Director of Programmes, you will lead day-to-day programme delivery, managing projects and initiatives across the organisation. You will work collaboratively with internal teams, UKRIO Associates, volunteers, and the Advisory Council to ensure outputs are high-quality, evidence-based, and relevant to the sector. The role involves engaging with diverse stakeholders, synthesising expertise and perspectives, and translating them into practical guidance, resources, events, and other outputs.

Essential to the role is a strong track record in managing and delivering projects effectively, excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to work independently, and the adaptability to respond to evolving circumstances.
