A local government authority in Birmingham is seeking a dynamic Programme Senior Officer to manage community public health contracts and develop Community Health Profiles. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in public health, possess strong relationship-building skills, and be experienced in local authority or NHS work. Are you passionate about using working with communities to reduce health inequalities? Birmingham City Council is seeking a dynamic and strategic Public Health Senior Officer to join our Communities Team on a temporary basis.
The role will provide maternity cover and see management of various Community engagement contracts whilst leading strategic alignment across the Public Health Division and wider council. This unique role will seek to help continue the legacy of our Community Health Profile programme, ensuring access to up-to-date community health data.
