A leading global communications company in the UK is seeking a Programme Manager & Delivery Governance to lead delivery framework for business change initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee project management governance, create high-quality reports, and manage cross-programme risks. Applicants should have over 7 years in project management, with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Experience with project management tools is preferred. This role supports hybrid work arrangements.

The Programme Manager & Delivery Governance role exists to establish and run the delivery framework for business change, product, system, and process programmes across the organisation. Reporting to the VP, the role ensures that investment decisions, project delivery, and business change activities are well‑governed, visible, and actionable.
The postholder will define and operate the cadence of delivery reviews, coordinate programme reporting, and ensure decision‑makers have clear, concise information on progress, risks, and trade‑offs. They will also lead the light‑touch project management of business change initiatives, ensuring consistency of approach and quality of outputs.
They will also be Programme Manager for up to three strategic programmes simultaneously.
The role will have ownership of Objectives and Key Results that have been cascaded down.
