A charity dedicated to recovery and support is seeking a Full-Time Recovery Worker in Eastchurch. £27,861.26 – £32,002.35 per annum (pro‑rated for part‑time roles)

About the role
  • Work with service users to initiate recovery from drug and/or alcohol dependence, building their recovery capital and supporting long‑term sustained recovery and social reintegration.
  • Develop and deliver group psychosocial interventions, facilitating Foundations of Rehabilitation programmes and pod work tailored to caseload needs.
  • Create innovative programmes that best meet service user needs and promote access to treatment, encouraging engagement with under‑represented communities.
  • Assess suitability for group work related to risk and special needs, working closely with prison partners to schedule attendance.
