Job description
Programme Delivery & Change Lead

we encourage you to apply!

Join a team where drives everything we do, fuels our growth, builds our foundation, and shapes our culture.

We're not just hiring — we're inviting you to build the future with us. If you're curious, driven, and ready to leave your mark, this is your invitation to make your next move.

By joining our team, you'll enjoy the best of both worlds – hybrid working and the collaboration of a great office environment. As well as extensive opportunities for personal and career development.

About Us

After 25 years of dedicated service, now is the perfect moment to reset the system, ensuring both our Service and the redress framework are ready for the future. If you are passionate about driving enterprise-level change and transformation, this is an exciting opportunity to join us and help shape the future of redress.

The Central Support team plays a key role in enabling this change. We bring delivery expertise and organisational insight to unblock challenges, co-design solutions, and drive progress across the Modernising Redress workstreams.

We’re entering a pivotal phase of transformation following our recent Call for Input. Our goal is to modernise redress by delivering a more efficient, accessible dispute resolution service.

As Delivery & Change Lead, your role is central to keeping this momentum. You coordinate delivery, shape plans, and ensure priorities stay on track—blending strategic oversight with hands‑on execution. Success depends on your ability to navigate the detail, influence stakeholders, and keep things moving with pace and purpose.

What You’ll Do
  • Monitor, track and report on progress across the workstreams – identifying risks, blockers, and interdependencies
  • Lead the development of business cases and options for future phases of delivery
  • Manage overall resource planning, including the coordination of internal capacity and external support
  • Lead the oversight of any professional services (consultants, external advisers), acting as the main day‑to‑day contact
  • Track and manage budgets for all delivery‑related resources, ensuring value for money and spend against plan
  • Create and maintain delivery artefacts (trackers, timelines, action logs) in a way that’s useful and enables decisions
  • Support the rhythm of delivery by preparing updates, enabling decisions, and connecting the dots across workstreams
  • Build strong working relationships across enabling functions and senior stakeholders
  • Support the implementation of decisions and changes – not just the planning of them
Minimum Criteria
  • Extensive experience managing or leading complex delivery in change, reform, or transformation, ideally in a regulatory environment setting
  • A learning mindset – you pick things up quickly and want to understand the work, not just manage it
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills in a planning context – able to manage multiple moving parts and prepare papers for C‑Suite
  • A sharp eye for the detail, but always aware of the bigger picture
  • Confidence in working with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and incomplete information
  • Comfort working with numbers – experience managing budgets, building simple plans and business cases
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills – able to keep people aligned and moving forward
  • Project management qualification APM, Prince2
It would also be nice for you to have
  • A learning mindset – you pick things up quickly and want to understand the work, not just manage it
