A housing organization is seeking a Programme Assistant to help deliver affordable homes across England. In this full-time role, you will support the development team by producing reports, monitoring performance indicators, and helping with audits. Ideal candidates will have strong data skills and be organized and proactive. The position is offered as a fixed-term contract with flexible home working options.

With over 80,000 homes and a bold ambition to build more than 11,000 new homes by 2032, we're looking for someone to support our development team in keeping our programmes on track and delivering real impact for our customers.
Reporting to the senior programme and business information manager, you will provide vital support across our development programmes. This includes producing management information, monitoring key performance indicators, preparing reports, maintaining accurate programme data, and supporting Homes England-funded schemes.
You will also help with audits, presentations, and reporting packs for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring our programmes run efficiently and effectively.
This role is full time and available as a 12 month fixed term contract. You can be based from any of our main offices in Chipping Sodbury, Tewkesbury or Wolverhampton with regular home working available.
