Join a specialist team sitting within a global media agency, conceptualised to lead on clients’ complete programmatic strategy. As a market leader in programmatic knowledge, they advise their clients on how to achieve their short, mid & long-term marketing/ campaign objectives.

As a Programmatic Trader & team leader, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of programmatic campaigns through your team of programmatic traders.

Use your programmatic experience to plan clients’ campaigns, target audiences, highlight areas for monitoring and optimising, and best utilise your team to deliver the excellent campaign results.

Work with clients to advise and steer them on the best ideas to achieve their goals, considering all their objectives and pain points.

Candidates must have experience of programmatic trading, able to demonstrate their own understanding and opinions on how best to get them to perform.

Having an opinion on programmatic, and a passion to influence campaign results a must.

Knowledge of DBM or The Trade Desk desirable.

Salary circa £38-43k base plus bonus & some pretty amazing benefits.
