The successful applicant will manage a cross-functional team of both experienced professionals and team leaders as well as manage medium-sized programmes or multiple smaller programmes within an Aerospace manufacturing environment.
You will also monitor strategic planning efforts; presents progress reports recommend proactive solutions for programme problems manages the P&L. The role will also cover managing sub-tier suppliers and supporting contract negotiation.
