As Australia’s longest-running arts festival, for 70 years we have been celebrating Perth, its people and its culture on the shores of the Derbarl Yerrigan (Swan River). Founded by The University of Western Australia and grounded on Noongar Boodjar, we are uniquely placed to celebrate the oldest living cultures in the world by championing rich Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander traditions and contemporary arts practice.

We’re seeking a passionate and proactive Program Coordinator – Creative Learning and Connect to deliver Perth Festival’s school, education and community engagement programs.
Reporting to the Engagement and Regional Manager, you’ll coordinate a range of opportunities for students, teachers and local arts industry across both the Creative Learning and Connect programs. You’ll liaise with educators, artists, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, deep community engagement, and meaningful outcomes.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in relationship-building, has strong coordination skills, and is passionate about creating access to the arts for students, teachers and creative communities.
