Professional Support Worker

Wakefield and surrounding areas

From £12.80 per hour onwards dependant on experience and shifts

Weekly pay details

• Weekly pay
• All attended training sessions and shadow shifts are paid for.
• Work with our own clients, no agency work.
• No travelling from home to home, no more feeling rushed, and no pop in/domiciliary visits.
• We specialise in support and complex care delivery to our brain injury, spinal injury and complex care clients.
• A full UK driving licence, access to your own vehicle along with business insurance is a requirement.
• As a company we are unable to provide sponsorship for overseas candidates, this includes, graduate visas, sponsorship visas and student visas.

Our clients are looking for reliable, proactive, observant, supportive and outgoing support workers to assist them in their day to day lives, whether that's getting out and about, getting involved in activities or just having a fun and vibrant day!

Usual daily tasks / needs include but are not limited to, daily living skills, calendar management, assisting with cooking and cleaning and facilitating / attending appointments.

Experience and training

Do you need experience?

As much as experience is highly preferred for this role, we will consider applicants that have come from other care related roles as we do offer excellent and high standard training.

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks as per Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
