It’s a varied role where you’ll be instrumental in delivering the firm’s knowledge strategy and driving business development initiatives. You’ll capture technical legal knowledge and disseminate it to fee earners and clients.

You’ll help guide and develop our Employment Lawyers by sharing knowledge, assisting fee-earners with technical queries and identifying training opportunities. You’ll develop and update precedent documents, review processes, and aid business development through drafting articles and thought‑leadership publications.

About You
  • Highly accomplished Employment Lawyer with a minimum of 8 years’ Post‑Qualified Experience (PQE).
  • Experience of delivering training and presentations.
  • Good communicator and an ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to develop and support junior members of the team with regard to technical knowledge.

What They Offer – A Truly Flexible & Supportive Environment :

  • Competitive Salary & Generous Bonus Scheme: Highly competitive salary, regularly reviewed to reflect your expertise, complemented by a truly generous bonus scheme.
  • Exceptional Work‑Life Balance: Family‑Friendly & Flexible Working – a genuinely family‑friendly and supportive environment. You could work part‑time hours (e.g., 4 days over 5) to manage personal commitments.
  • Hybrid Working from Day 1: Established hybrid working model; ideally in the office around 2 days a week, rest from home.
  • Collaborative Office Environment: Monthly in‑person meetings and regular socials to foster team cohesion.
  • Generous Annual Leave: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with the option to buy an extra week.
  • Sabbatical Scheme: After 3 years, accrue an additional 4 weeks of leave, which you can take along with 2 weeks of annual holiday as 6 weeks paid sabbatical leave.
  • Pension Scheme: Strong pension scheme with an 8% firm contribution at Director level.
  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Private Medical Insurance (PMI).
  • Sustainable Travel: Access to Electric Car Schemes.
