Job description
Overview

Qualified registered Nurse with Emergency Department experienced required to assume the role of ‘Facilitator’ to the Emergency Department teams/staff providing support for continuing clinical and professional development in the work place.

Role and responsibilities

Within a shared governance framework, the post holder will provide direction for the future of nursing through practice development and education, reflecting the strategic changes in the nursing profession. Through a process of work based competencies, the post holder will provide continuing support to all grades of staff in their delivery of nursing care, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and medical colleagues.

Contract details
