Summary
We are looking for a Production Technician to help with all day-to-day tasks of preparation, manufacture and inspection of compounding medicine.
Provide support for all aspects of cleanroom production, including aseptic compounding, equipment utilisation, inventory control, environmental monitoring and non-conformance resolution, to ensure compliance with the Manufacturing Licence and Quality System requirements.
The role will be working between Sunday and Thursday, on fixed night shifts 10pm - 6am based at our Stockport site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Label all product types according to product specifications
Ability to Prioritise jobs
Maintain productivity and efficiency
Control isolator inventory
Meet turnaround times
Complete routine equipment sampling, maintenance and testing
Select, prepare and sanitise raw materials
Facility Monitoring
Clean and maintain all areas in accordance with SOPs
Qualifications and Experience
GCSE or equivalent English & Mathematics
Good oral/written communication
High attention to detail
