Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading Nuneaton based manufacturing company who specialise in products for the Aerospace, Automotive, Rail and Oil and Gas industries for a Production Technician with soldering and assembly experience.

The Role

Reporting into the Production Manager the Production Technician will be responsible for building and testing assemblies on a range of existing electro-mechanical products. You will also be responsible for soldering to a good standard.

The Candidate

In order to succeed in the role of Production Technician you will need soldering and assembly experience with an interest in engineering and technical products.

• Good motor skills and the ability to do fine assembly
• Ability to solder to a good standard
• Ability to check for defects and identify and distinguish between colours
• Experience in a production environment
• Ability to read assembly drawings and wiring schedules
