Team Manager - Production Team Manager - Central Fife - £36,000
The Job:

A well established and growing production business in Fife is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Team Manager to join its operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership and people management skills who enjoys motivating teams and driving performance in a busy environment. Industry specific experience is not required — what matters most is your ability to lead effectively, stay organised and communicate clearly. Full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, support, and motivate a team to achieve production and quality targets
  • Plan and organise daily workloads to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and encourage continuous improvement
