Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate the production team to meet operational targets.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure on‑time delivery of outputs.
• Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high standards across all processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production‑related challenges.
• Train and mentor team members to improve performance and skill levels.
• Generate and review daily production reports to track progress and address any issues.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions where necessary.

Shift Pattern: 10PM-6AM
