Overview

Production Team Leader – Location: Tewkesbury. Hours: 37.5 per week (5 days over 7 shift pattern). Pay Rate: £14.54 per hour.

Workforce Staffing is recruiting for our established client in Tewkesbury. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Production Team Leader to join their busy production site.

What you'll be doing
  • Leading and motivating a team of Production Operatives
  • Training and supporting staff to ensure high line efficiency
  • Making sure production records are completed accurately
  • Reporting any quality, maintenance, or production issues promptly
  • Ensuring hygiene, housekeeping, and health & safety standards are maintained
  • Supporting the leadership team to deliver high-quality products
  • Being flexible to cover shifts and meet business needs
About you
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a busy environment
  • Strong communication and people management skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
  • Good attention to detail and highly motivated
  • Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure
  • (Desirable) Experience in food production, HACCP, KPIs, or similar manufacturing environments
