Recruit4Staff are pleased to be representing their client, a leading food production company in their search for a Production Team Leader to work in their leading facility in Smethwick.

For the successful Production Team Leader our client is offering:

• Competitive hourly rate of £14 per hour - £30,940 based on 42.5 hours per week
• Days based position Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5pm
• Permanent position with an ever growing business
• Statutory pension scheme
• Monthly bonus based on KPI achievements

The Role - Production Team Leader:

• Responsible for your assigned area, staff and equipment within a very busy food production environment (Approx 3 Line Leader and 10/15 Operators)
• Taking responsibility for daily production issues in order to ensure the highest quality at the lowest cost
• Aiming to achieve daily production targets
• Developing a culture of continuous improvement for quality & service
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene and house keeping
• Driving and achieving daily production plans

What our client is looking for in a Production Team Leader:

• Proven Team Leader/Supervisory experience within a Food Production environment - ESSENTIAL
• Excellent planning and organisation skills
• Ability to solve any issues that may arise
