Overview

Position: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (full-time and part-time)

Location: Max Ultimate Food - 65 East Cottage Street, Boston, MA 02125

Schedule: Full-time and part-time. Monday through Friday, weekends as needed. Hours may vary. More information upon interview.

Pay Range: $23.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain food production and quality control for items prepared in the kitchen.
• Prepare food items for the assigned area.
• Assign specific duties to associates under supervision to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of products; apply portion, presentation, and recipe controls.
• Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including food and non-food working areas.
• Report equipment repair/maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor or facility department.
• Supervise team members in the absence of the Sous Chef; discipline, train, and schedule associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
