Overview

Production Supervisor - Dunkeswell | £19.23 per hour (overtime £28.84 per hour after 38 hours) | 6am-4pm, Monday-Friday (one day off on rota, weekends off) | Permanent

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily production activities, ensuring targets are met and aligned with quality and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop production teams and line leaders to drive performance and engagement.
• Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and problem-solving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and address production challenges proactively.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
