My client is a growing organic food manufacturing company in West London who have gone from strength to strength since launching 10 years ago. They are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a production team, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the production team to meet daily targets
• Manage workflow, allocate tasks, and support stock control
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
• Maintain a clean and efficient production environment
• Identify and support continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Experience supervising in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Hands‑on, practical approach with good time management
• Understanding of food safety and health & safety standards
• Basic IT skills (MS Office desirable)
