A manufacturing company in Winchester seeks a skilled individual for a shift leadership role to oversee production quality and performance. Responsibilities include managing staffing, ensuring safety, and leading process improvements. Qualified candidates will have at least five years of supervisory experience in a plant setting. This position is responsible for providing shift leadership while monitoring production performance and maintaining maximum output and quality on scheduled equipment. Develops, motivates, and supervises employees by setting goals and objectives with accountability for results.
Essential duties are interpreted as being descriptive and not restrictive in nature. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Duties: Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company's policies and applicable laws.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have at least five (5) years of plant experience, to include supervisory experience.

Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to communicate orally and written in English.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures by using basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply and divide).
Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
