Our leading Global Client are looking for Production Operators to join their well established team based at their Kirkcaldy site.

Reporting into the Production Team leader, your key duties will include:

- Operate machinery and production equipment
- Pack and prepare products for dispatch
- Perform various labouring tasks as neededThis is a rotational shift role and would suit candidates with the following key skills and experience:

Detail-oriented, physically fit, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production setting
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Strong focus on safety and compliance with health and safety regulations
Capable of handling physical tasks and manual labourThe roles are likely to be 6 months plus ( possibility of going permanent if business requires)
Competitive Pay Structure and shift pattern :
Dayshift - Mon-Thurs 6am-2pm , Frid 6am-12pm £13.20ph
Backshift-Mon- Thurs 2pm-10pm, Frid 12pm-6pm £13.96ph
Nightshift-Mon-Thurs 10pm-6am, Frid 6pm-12pm £15.51ph
There will also be the opportunity to work overtime at enhanced rates !!
