A leading manufacturing company in Northern Ireland is seeking Production Operators to join their team in January 2026. The role involves working 12-hour shifts with responsibilities including quality control, packaging, and operating machinery. Ideal candidates will have GCSE English and Maths, a forklift license, and recent manufacturing experience. Due to continuous growth and investment, we are seeking to recruit a number of new Production Operators to join us in January 2026. You will have the opportunity to join an exciting and innovative workplace, working with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment.
As a Production Operator at Brett Martin, you will work :
12-hour shifts rotating days and nights, including weekends
40.25 or 46 hours per week, depending on shift pattern
7 or 8 out of every 14 days / nights, depending on shift pattern
£14.34 - £16.18 per hour inclusive of shift premium
Salary up to £34,310.99 inclusive of shift premium
Main purpose : To carry out required duties on production lines including ancillary machinery and to ensure that finished products are of the required standard.
