Production / Machine Operatives Bridgwater | Rotating Shifts 6am-2pm then 2pm-10pm | Monday-Friday | Temporary to Permanent | Immediate Start

Introduction Acorn by Synergie is recruiting on behalf of a market-leading manufacturer supplying precision components to Formula 1 teams and the aerospace industry, for Production / Machine Operatives based on the outskirts of Bridgwater.

You will support the production, assembly, and finishing of high-specification tato aerospace products in a clean and modern facility.

Key Duties
  • Operate production machinery and supporting equipment once trained.
  • Complete trimming, shot blasting, use hand tools, and prepare bonding materials.
Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong attention to detail ; with a focus on quality and accuracy.
  • Abilityep effectively within a team and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to learn, with full training provided.
