Production Operative - Belfast

£15.33 per hour | Rotating Shifts | Full-Time

Are you an experienced Production Operative/ Warehouse Operative looking for a stable role with consistent hours and competitive pay?

Ashton Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment based in Belfast.

This role involves working within a fast-paced production setting, supporting daily operations and ensuring production targets are met safely and efficiently.

Duties will include:

• Weighing ingredients and assembling pallets of bags
• Ripping and tipping bags on production lines
• Operating basic machinery and tools
• Carrying out visual checks, weight checks and quality controls
• Cleaning equipment and maintaining a tidy work area
• Working closely with team members and supervisors
• Following all health & safety procedures and reporting hazards
• Supporting production across rotating shift patterns

Shift Pattern:

Week 1: Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm, Friday: 6:00am - 4:00pm

Week 2: Monday - Thursday: 1:30pm - 11:30pm

Pay Rate: £15.33 per hour

Essential Criteria

• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment
• Good understanding of English (health & safety essential)
• Ability to work rotating shifts including early starts and late finishes
• Previous experience handling ingredients or working in a production setting

Desirable Criteria

• Health & Safety certification
• Experience working with feed, ingredients, or manufacturing materials
