Role Overview

Gap Personnel are looking for a motivated and dependable Production Operative to join our client on a temp-to-perm basis, based in Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire. In this role, you will support the production line by preparing, processing, and packaging products to meet client and brand specifications. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure that production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Main Duties

• Prepare and produce goods for a variety of clients and brands, including weighing, sealing, and labelling products.
• Label finished products in accordance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Operate production machinery, including form, fill & seal machines, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and according to guidelines.
• Work efficiently on the production line to meet established output targets and quality requirements.
• Keep the production area and equipment clean and in good working condition.
• Report any machinery faults or issues to the Operations Manager for prompt resolution.
• Assist with order picking and packing when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
