Production Operative

Hexagon Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our client in Deeside for a Production Operative to support their busy PCB manufacturing facility.

Pay Rate: GBP12.21 per hour
Day Shifts
Temp to Perm opportunity
Immediate starts available!

What You ll Be Doing
  • Assisting in the manufacture and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs)

  • Operating production equipment and machinery with accuracy and care

  • Carrying out visual inspections and quality checks on components and finished boards

  • Soldering, wiring, and handling delicate electronic parts (training provided if required)

  • Maintaining accurate production records and completing dispatch paperwork

  • Keeping work areas organised, clean, and compliant with Health & Safety standards

  • Working as part of a skilled team to meet daily production targets

What We re Looking For
  • Previous experience in electronics, PCB, or manufacturing (preferred but not essential full training provided)

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

  • Accuracy when completing paperwork and system entries
