Production Operative

Location: Balmalcolm
Shift: 18:00–05:30 (set rota)
Pay: £12.21 per hour | Overtime £15.26 (after 38.75 hours)
Shift Allowances: Mon–Thu £8.97 per shift | Fri–Sun £12.66 per shift
Contract Type: Temporary
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting, grading, and packing fresh vegetables to site standards
• Operating basic production and packing machinery (training provided)
• Ensuring quality checks are completed accurately
• Labelling products and preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all food hygiene, safety, and site procedures
• Supporting general warehouse and production tasks as required
